Overview:
We are seeking reliable and motivated Fulfillment Associates to join our team. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse and fulfillment processes.
Duties:
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy of orders
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and locate products within the warehouse
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisor and team members to meet daily production goals
Experience:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects on a regular basis
- Familiarity with picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues is a plus
- Experience with quality control procedures is beneficial
- Comfortable using RF scanners for inventory management
