As a key leader within our Marketing Department, your mission is to build and grow our brand, enhancing customer base and engagement through strategic influencer partnerships, compelling communications, and unforgettable brand experiences! You'll ensure every campaign not only resonates with our customer audience but also contributes to our ambitious sales goals and brand loyalty where you’ll harness your creativity and strategic insight to drive our brand forward.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Enhance brand growth through effective influencer collaborations and PR initiatives, targeting key campaigns and local content delivery for sustained engagement.
· Forge brand partnerships, creating opportunities with entities and individuals that align with our mission for brand enhancement and customer audience benefit.
· Dedicated to building and maintaining robust relationships with influencers and local media, ensuring brand’s presence is felt through key calendar moments and targeted local content.
· Lead impactful events, connecting memorable experiences to our brand, driving both engagement and commercial success.
· Drive measurable commercial outcomes, manage the brand budget, and steer towards significant KPIs with the dynamic support of a growing team and agency partnerships.
