TPW Management is Hiring a Construction Project Manager Near Manchester, VT

Description

 This is your chance to lead projects from start to finish! As our Construction Project Manager, you'll collaborate with clients, manage budgets and timelines, and oversee all aspects of construction to deliver exceptional results. You'll leverage your construction expertise and leadership skills to ensure projects meet safety regulations and client expectations. This position will include job sites in Windham/ Bennington County

Requirements

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

Manage Projects from Conception to Completion 

  • Hire and manage team members and outside contractors 
  • Collaborate with clients to define project scope, budget, and timeline. 
  • Secure client approval and manage contracts. 
  • Oversee all aspects of construction, including: 
  • Planning and permitting 
  • Resource allocation (manpower, equipment, materials) 
  • Scheduling and progress monitoring 
  • Quality control and issue resolution 
  • Manage project finances, including estimates, budgets, and client billing. 
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and building codes. 
  • Lead and collaborate with staff, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders. 
  • Report project progress and financials to clients regularly. 

Requirements and Knowledge: 

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, spreadsheets) 
  • Experience with computer systems
  • In-depth understanding of building construction, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems 
  • Working knowledge of residential and commercial building codes 
  • Strong leadership qualities and business acumen 
  • Familiarity with the responsibilities of supervising staff

EDUCATION? 

A bachelor’s or associate degree from an accredited College/University, or equivalent experience, is preferred but not required.
