TPN is Hiring a Supervisor, Programmatic Buyer Near Chicago, IL
Summary: TPN is looking for a Supervisor, Programmatic Buyer with extensive trading and analyst experience to contribute to our eCommerce buying team. Core Accountabilities:
Responsible for activating, managing, and optimizing programmatic media campaigns within preferred DSPs including but not limited to The Trade Desk, Viant/Adelphic, and Google/CM360 platforms.
Combine data analysis and client feedback to create optimization strategies and provide effective solutions for assigned clients and campaigns.
Act as subject matter expert (SME) for the programmatic buying practice by partnering with the cross-functional team to provide support to key stakeholders.
Be able to translate and communicate buying strategies or optimizations to the client, if required.
Core Skills:
Expertise in working with RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, aggregators, ad servers, or other optimization platforms.
Experience managing CPA, CPC, and CPM marketing campaigns.
Solid experience in Excel and MS Office, including pivot tables, chart-making, and manipulation of large data sets.
Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Strategic mindset with the ability to find opportunities for improvements and changes.
Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Strong quantitative skills and the ability to draw insights from a variety of data sets.
Strong story telling skills.
Requirements:
4 years of experience with strong data analytics experience
Experience in retail media network platforms including Amazon Advertising or Walmart Connect, a plus.
Advanced MS Excel skills. Other data skills like SQL, R or Python would be an advantage.
Shopper Marketing experience preferred.
Education: Four-Year Degree
