TPN is Hiring a Growth & AI Integration Manager (Dallas, TX) Near Dallas, TX

SummaryTPN is seeking a dynamic AI project & account manager to act as a pivotal bridge between our internal/external clients and our interdisciplinary teams. This unique position is tailored for an individual who excels at fostering relationships while steering complex AI and analytics projects from conception to completion. You will play a crucial role in aligning our Data & Analytics and Data Science teams' efforts, ensuring our projects not only meet but exceed our client expectations.Core Responsibilities 
  • Client Management: Work with our team to manage internal and external clients, guiding them through our process and ensuring their needs are met with our AI and analytics solutions. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across both tenets of the Growth Sciences team. This includes managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication.
  • Strategic Planning: Work closely with both teams to identify opportunities for new projects and initiatives. Assist in the development of project scopes, objectives, and milestones.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitate communication and collaboration between the Data & Analytics and Data Science teams, ensuring a cohesive approach to meeting our clients' goals.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Monitor project performance with an eye toward continuous improvement, providing regular reports to both the team and clients on progress, insights, and outcomes.
  • Process Management: Help define and create new processes and/or optimize existing processes.
Core Skills 
  • Technical Skills:
    • Project Lifecycle Management: Understanding of project management phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
    • Methodologies: Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Kanban, tailored to the needs of AI and technology projects.
    • Risk Management: Ability to identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks.
    • Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Skills in budget management and efficient allocation of resources including personnel, time, and technology.
    • Performance Measurement: Competence in setting, monitoring, and meeting performance metrics and KPIs.
    • Technical Understanding: Basic to intermediate knowledge of AI, machine learning, data analytics, and related technologies, to communicate effectively with technical team members and understand project scope and challenges.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and manage client relationships effectively.
    • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
    • Highly organized with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.

    • Leadership: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage diverse teams towards achieving project goals.
    • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, crucial for liaising between clients, team members, and stakeholders.

Requirements 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) is ideal but not required
  • Knowledge of Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in AI/data science project management and/or account management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment and contribute to team objectives.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of data engineering and date science.
SalaryThe expected salary for this role is between $100,000 - $110,000, may vary dependent on geographic location and experience.
