We are looking for a Shipping and receiving Coordinator for our Conroe office. This position would report to the Inventory Control Supervisor.

A. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Loads and unloads shipments for all finished goods.
• Conducts general inspections of equipment and reports any visible damage or defects.
• Completes and distributes all paperwork for each load as required; maintains shipping and receiving files.
• Takes photos of all inbound / outbound shipments and keeps records of photos.
• Interacts with the inventory management system to maintain accurate location and status of equipment.
• Reports inventory discrepancies and assists with their resolution.
• Participates in weekly inventory cycle counts.
• Organizes and cleans designated yard and finished good areas.
• Tracks scheduling on equipment repairs and costs and works with Service team in preparing Finished Goods for shipment.
• Monitors repair status of equipment.
• Maintains forklift and crane certification.
• Performs inventory transactions in SAP R / 3 ERP system.
• Ensures data integrity of Finished Goods Equipment Fleet.
• Provides reports for Sales, Service and Administrative teams as necessary.
• Maintains Finished Goods records involving WBS Elements, Fixed Asset Cards, Machine Documentation, and general system data integrity.
• Handles administrative tasks involving cost centers, Fixed Asset cards and all service requests.

B. REQUIREMENTS

• Education and Training High school diploma, or as deemed sufficient by management.
• Technical Requirements Proficient in Microsoft office and experienced with ERP software. Able to apply principles of rational systems to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Must possess excellent communication skills. Willing and able to travel including internationally and available to work extended hours when required to complete projects on time.

• Experience 5-7 years of directly related training and / or experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, sit, kneel, crawl, see, read, hear, have the physical and mental ability to travel independently and the physical and mental ability to comply with customary workshop, office, job site work environments, safety requirements and other customary regulations and requirements in these environments.
