Immediately seeking a Batchoff Operator in the Brattleboro, VT area. This is a full time second shift position offering $18/hour.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in operation of all Primary department functions
• Process and package mixed stock from Banbury, extruder, and batchoff units as dictated by specification
• Operate material handling equipment
• Clean mill pan and surrounding floor of particles and place back into batch
• Guide stock from mill onto conveyor, through dip tank to cooling racks and final packaging
• Maintain work pace that is compatible with Banbury output in order to achieve smooth uninterrupted work flow
• Maintain specified dip mix and level. Operate cooling racks and Batchoff equipment to festoon mixed stock into boxes, pallets, and other packaging equipment as dictated by specification
• Cut stock from batchoff / cooling racks into batches of specified weight
• Remove boxes and pallets to storage
• Obtain empty boxes, pallets, and other packaging equipment as dictated by specification

Requirements:

• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Time management
• Reliable attendance
• Attention to detail

Hours: Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:00pm
