Key Responsibilities include: ** Public Space Inspector and Floor Specialist experience a plus**

Quality and Cleanliness Maintenance:

• Maintain the highest standards to ensure quality and cleanliness in public spaces, offices, meeting rooms, and other required areas.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met and maintained.

Waste Management:

• Empty and clean ashtrays and trash cans to ensure proper waste disposal and sanitation.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas according to established procedures.

Surface Sanitization:

• Wipe down and sanitize door handles and other frequently touched surfaces to prevent the spread of germs and maintain a hygienic environment.
• Conduct routine sanitization of surfaces in accordance with health and safety guidelines.

Assistance with Housekeeping:

• Assist housekeeping staff as necessary to ensure efficient cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and common areas.

Equipment Maintenance:

• Keep all janitorial equipment properly maintained, clean, and free of marks to ensure optimal functionality and appearance.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to appropriate leadership for prompt resolution.

Bathroom Cleaning:

• Clean all bathrooms in assigned areas according to established procedures to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Handle biohazardous materials safely and dispose of them properly according to health and safety guidelines.

Health, Safety, and Sanitation Compliance:

• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times to ensure a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff.
• Adhere to established protocols for handling hazardous materials and cleaning chemicals.

Maintenance Reporting:

• Report any maintenance or repair issues to leadership promptly to facilitate timely resolution and prevent potential hazards or disruptions.

What you will bring:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Six (6) months of housekeeping experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Works well with co-workers and leaders.
• Ability to walk/stand for long hours.
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds.
