Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. You will prepare and serve a variety of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, while ensuring compliance with all food safety and alcohol service regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks
- Ensure accuracy in measuring and mixing ingredients to create high-quality drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Process customer payments using cash registers or POS systems
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the safety of our guests
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing any customer concerns or inquiries

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, banquet, or catering setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
- Must be at least 21 years old (or the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction)
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
