Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understand of health and safety rules in a restaurant

• Use kitchen equipment dextrality or utensils and carry heavy trays

• Be outstanding coordination and multi-tasking abilities

• Customer-oriented approach

• Great physical endurance

• Ensure orders are being delivered with the correct priority

• Deliver orders in a way that maintains efficient service

• Have menu knowledge of the items being delivered

• Eliminate obstacles in service while delivering food items

• Act as a point of contact between Front of the House and Back of the House staff

• Supports other tasks as needed

Job Requirements:

• Food Handlers training hours are provided (if needed).

• Responsible Beverage Service license (if required)

• 6 months to 1 year experience in similar capacity

• Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds

• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time

• Flexible/Adaptable schedule. Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays

• Be able to communicate clearly with manager, kitchen, and dining room personnel

• Attention to detail and sanitation rules
