Job Summary |
Truck Drivers are responsible for safe operation of company vehicles to deliver product to customers in a safe and timely fashion.
Duties and Responsibilities |
·Adherence to all DOT and FMCSA regulations.
·Deliver to 8-15 customers per day.
·Maintaining proper trip records related to distance/miles and product delivery.
·Confirm all deliveries are correct with reference to the invoice, truck temperature, and product quality.
·Call in all discrepancies to Dispatch Office and record Credit Memo #s for customers
·Get customer signatures on all invoices and RMAs.
·Ensure proper storage of equipment upon returning to the building.
·Follow procedures as it relates to processing of returned and/or extra product.
Qualifications |
·Must be at least 21 years of age.
·Must have a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and a valid Medical Examiners Certificate
·Must consent to a review of Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
·Must pass a Department of Labor Drug and Alcohol Test.
·Must be able to comprehend (read and write) the English language.
·The position requires walking, standing, bending, twisting, and reaching 6- 8 hours per day.
·Must be able to safely lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time.
