Who we're looking for

Toyota Cincinnati Region is looking for a passionate and highly motivatedDistrict Service and Parts Manager (DSPM).

The District Service& Parts Manager is the primary point of contact for all dealer service and parts-related activities.

Reporting to the Customer Services Field Manager, the person in this role will support the Cincinnati Toyota Regional office's objective to improve the quality and efficiency of our dealers' Service and Parts Departments, resulting in better service to Toyota Customers

What you'll be doing

  • Achieve Toyota Parts Sales Goals - Net Parts, Wholesale, Retention.
  • Communicate Toyota service and parts policies to Toyota dealers.
  • Consult with dealers to maximize customer satisfaction/retention.
  • Evaluate sales opportunities for Toyota dealers to maximize profitability while.
  • maintaining purchase loyalty and a smooth parts supply to Toyota owners.
  • Work with the dealership management team and National Business Partners to ensure.
  • dealership is maximizing marketing efforts, retention efforts, and shop efficiency.
  • Understand/counsel dealer management on Toyota's Dealer Operating standards.
  • Ensure dealer compliance with Toyota Warranty policies.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related subject or equivalent professional work experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time, including overnight.
  • Strong communicator and facilitator with proven experience presenting in front of large groups and using video.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the US auto industry and dealership sales operations.
  • Ability to learn and train others on core products, emerging technologies, and various program requirements.
  • Consultative skills in problem-solving, research, analysis, presentation, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to execute multiple tasks/priorities and ability to analyze multiple data sets.
  • Creative curiosity, hardworking enthusiasm, and a willingness to take risks.
  • Willing to collaborate in a team environment, organized, and enjoys teaching others.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • This position requires driving. A motor vehicle record that's acceptable by company standards is required for this position.
