Who we're looking for

Toyota'sParts AccountingDepartment is looking for a passionate and highly-motivatedParts Analyst.

The primary responsibility of this role is to research and support processing claims, inventory buybacks and returns, and ad hoc exceptions. This position works closely with Parts Distribution and Accessory Development (PDAD), Finance, TMNA Account Payables and Receivables, Distributor, Dealer, and Supplier in providing support for exception processing.

Reporting to the Parts Accounting Manager, the person in this role will support the Department's objective to provide timely resolution of payment issues and claims to our customers and business partners.

What you'll be doing

• Work closely with other teams such as PDAD, Finance, Account Payables and Receivables, Distributors, Dealers, and Suppliers to assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Prepare manual payment requisition, and monthly claims KPIs and support monthly Global netting settlement with Toyota's affiliates.
• Identify, manage, and resolve exceptions in supplier invoicing.
• Managing payment for supplier expedited shipments.
• Support kaizen activity related to Finance Parts Operation and identify opportunities for process improvements.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience with accounting, financial reporting, finance, or other relevant experience.
• Proven analytical, interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
• Proven ability to communicate respectfully with fellow team members and have strong customer service skills.
• Proven ability to work well independently under demanding deadlines and function effectively in a team-based environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates proficiency in MS Excel skills and ability to work with systems.
