SUPPLY CHAIN ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE SUMMARY
The Supply Chain Account Representative will perform a variety of customer service and sales related duties.

SUPPLY CHAIN ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepares documentation and coordinates customer service needs with other functions as required.
• Serves as customer contact regarding such matters as pricing, scheduling, and shipping.
• May perform limited sales functions, including traveling and communicating with customers and suppliers.
• Work with the customers on issues relating to quality and performance of the material.
• Monitor inventory levels.
• Places orders and updates status on a regular basis and informs customer.
• Other duties.

SUPPLY CHAIN ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

The Supply Chain Account Representative role requires a high school diploma or GED. A Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Economics or Business Administration is preferred.

The ideal Supply Chain Account Representative candidate would have knowledge of the automotive or steel industry, with a minimum of intermediate Excel skills.
