  Guide customers through the entire auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on costs and options for auto repair service/maintenance/recall work, offer 'specials', and schedule service appointments.
• Greet customers, answer questions, follow status of customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain high CSI score

• 
  Automotive Service Advisor or Tech Experience is preferred
• Toyota and/or Volkswagen experience is preferred

• Basic automotive mechanical operational knowledge
• Good computer, customer service and communication skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced team environment

• Professional appearance
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
