Responsibilities:

• Input and verify accuracy of all F&I products sold.
• Submit warranty policies, reconcile statements and payments to product providers.
• Timely process warranty cancellations and after sales.
• Reconciles select accounts monthly.
• Ensures that all manufacturer accounts including warranty claims, and protection accounts are current and accurate.
• Assists in completion of annual review/audit.
• Ensures compliance with all government regulations.
• Prepares F&I sales commission/chargeback detail reports.
• Posts payments from warranty providers and specifically maintains the following schedules 3025, 3023, 3002.
• Posts journal entries.
• Daily monitor list of open internal repair orders.
• Determine appropriate GL coding and calculate sales tax, posting all approved internal repair orders.
• Monitor internal parts tickets daily, determine appropriate GL coding and sales tax calculations.
• Compiles information and prepares reports as requested by management and/or dealer principal.
• Provides back up to the payables position and assists with posting invoices daily. Maintains a professional appearance and reliable attendance on scheduled workdays. 
• Files all invoices or checks associated with position.
• Other duties may be assigned.
