E-COMMERCE REPRESENTATIVE – OFF ROAD PLACE
INTRO
Off Road Place is seeking a qualified candidate with a background or strong in ecommerce and aftermarket accessories. In this role, you will be the primary contact for customer inquiries/sales about our products and brand.
Job Description

• Process all e-comm orders as they come in and take payments
• Database Maintenance
• Research and analyze data to ID captive audiences
• Provide knowledgeable answers to customers phone and email inquiries
• Deal with backorders
• Be primary contact for customer inquiries about our product and brand
• Assist customers with after-sale service issues
• Various task assigned by manager

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Ecommerce background is a plus
• Must be sales oriented
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb extensive information on our brand's history, product offerings and communications/advertising program
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, great phone etiquette and elevated speech
• Proactive personality and self-motivator
• Demonstrates initiative with the ability to multi-task and detail oriented in a fast paced environment
• Proven to be organized
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new applications quickly
