Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000 - $120,000 annually (flat rate pay based on experience and certifications). 

Schedule: Monday to Friday; 7:00AM – 5:00PM, every other Saturday

As an Automotive Technician at Toyota of Colorado Springs, a Baxter Auto dealership, you're responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing vehicles.

You'll collaborate closely with knowledgeable Service Advisors and a supportive team, ensuring seamless communication and a positive customer experience. Your Purpose as Experienced Service Technician:

  • Complete system diagnostics and full automotive troubleshooting and testing.
  • Road-test vehicle to ensure quality repair work was completed.
  • Communicate directly with service advisors regarding the status of the service work as well as the estimated time for completion so that customers can be informed.
  • Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
  • Maintain an organized and neat shop area.
  • Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

 Basic Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license, 18 years old.
  • Automotive experience strongly preferred
  • Own professional grade tools to service any general repair needs
  • Experience troubleshooting and conducting both mechanical and electrical diagnostics, including drivability testing
  • Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment
