Job Summary:
Toyota of Ashland is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting sales of new and used vehicles. This is a full-time, salary-based position and will report directly to the Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, an in-depth knowledge of the automotive industry, and a passion for providing top-notch customer service.
Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell vehicles to potential customers with a focus on providing outstanding customer service
• Educate customers about vehicle features and benefits, financing options, and aftermarket products
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of current inventory, pricing, and dealership promotions
• Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives set by the Sales Manager
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and establish long-term relationships
• Participate in sales events and promotions to generate leads and increase sales
• Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competition to maximize sales opportunities
• Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation related to sales transactions
• Assist with inventory management and maintain a clean and organized showroom
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent, college education preferred
• Minimum of 2 years sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mentality
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience using CRM systems
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
