What You’ll Get:

  • Choices of where you work and when you work - because we all value something different. Hybrid work schedules allow for flexibility where you work. There is required collaboration in office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but the flexibility to work from home the rest of the week. A unique 9/80 work schedule gives you the flexibility when you work. Choose from alternating Fridays off or consider the Choice schedule which allows you a fixed morning or afternoon off each week.

About The Job:
We are seeking business graduates who are enthusiastic, eager to learn, and have a passion for a career in commercial lending. As a Commercial Account Services Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team and receive comprehensive training and mentorship to help you kick-start your professional journey at Toyota. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and learn about the operations of the business, gaining exposure to various departments of the company. This role is designed for individuals looking to learn, grow, and advance within our company.
What You’ll Do:
  • Provide information and resolve commercial customer issues received via phone calls, emails, and mail, following departmental guidelines.
  • In additional to standard account questions, you will master the following process: Maintenance changes/research, Remaining Obligations, ACH Returns/Activations/Total Loss Claims & Repair Checks/Sales & Property Tax Research/Deferrals, Billing Due Date Changes/TRAC & Balloon Restructures/Changes after Funding/Contract Modification Requests/Personal Guaranty Removal Requests/Voluntary Surrender/Clarification and Substitution of Collateral.
  • Provide feedback and support efforts for the development and implementation of standardized processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and awareness of compliance policies, procedures and regulations affecting the Commercial Services Department
  • Prepare and submit requests for commercial customer account updates promptly and with accuracy including documenting each customer interaction and account change.
  • Create desk guides for new procedures or processes that require documentation.

  • Effective team player who fosters positive relationships within the team and collaborates effectively with other departments
  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong follow-up skills, and sense of ownership
  • Ability to work independently under pressure to meet both internal and external deadlines
  • Strong Microsoft Office/Excel/Word skills
Great to Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business-related field
  • Previous Commercial Services experience
  • V-Lookup skills in Excel
