I.General Summary: Responsible for owning the JSOX audit process for the Information Technology function along with being the department lead for all financial activity. This includes completing all IT related budgeting and analysis for capital and expense for all TBA locations, completing all purchase requisitions, approving invoices, managing all software and hardware maintenance and support renewals, and vendor management.

II.Essential Job Functions:

A.Manage annual JSOX audit process, including review of all controls to ensure IT compliance, including change tickets.

B.Complete semi-annual User Access Reviews to confirm appropriate Windows and Oracle access for all team members.

C.Complete annual budget for TBA IT department for all expense and capital items.

D.Complete Monthly, Ad Hoc and Mid-Term capital and expense reporting for A&F and PEA groups

E.Manage all IT vendors, register new vendors. Ensure all documentation for vendors such as Supplier forms, banking, NDA’s is up to date and logged in the contract management system.

F.Order all IT hardware for Erlanger, Novi, TBKY and TBSMX locations. Identify appropriate vendor, gather quotations, create PO’s, receive and approve invoices.

G.Maintain all software and hardware inventory and make appropriate plans for support and maintenance renewals with suppliers. Complete contracts, create PO’s, receive and approve invoices.

H.Follow safety, quality, confidentiality, and information security policies and procedures.

III.Minimum Qualifications/Requirements: 

Education: 

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Finance, Information Technology, or related field required, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

•Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) is preferred.

Experience:

•Greater than four (4) years of relevant experience and academic preparation, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

•Minimum of four (4) years of full-time experience with IT systems application management or auditing, accounting, or business analysis, in either public accounting or private industry.

Personal/Technical Skills:

•Familiarity with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Language Skills:

•Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

•Japanese or Spanish would be helpful, but are not required.

Computer/Software:

•Solid understanding of information systems and their effect on processes and controls. 

•Ability to understand IT application logs. 

•Proficiency in the use of MS Excel spreadsheets including databases and functions such as pivot tables and complex if/then statements.

•Solid working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and other computer-based applications (e.g., MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).

•Prior experience with purchasing and finance modules within an enterprise ERP system preferably Oracle EBS.

V.Physical Demands:

Ability to sit and work on a computer for extensive periods of time is required. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is required to talk, see, and hear. The team member must be capable of walking, sitting, and standing for extended periods of time and is occasionally required to lift up to 30 pounds. The ability to travel by automobile and airplane are both required.
