ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Partner with manufacturing program leads and management to support manufacturing program planning and execution across the organization
  • Primary point of contact for several KPIs and metrics
  • Responsible for generating and distribute reports to the division manage data integrity from different.
  • systems, and analyze data for various projects.
  • Analyzes manufacturing processes to identify improvement areas in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
  • Evaluate the financial impact of plant operating results, highlighting risks and opportunities.
  • Manage operational reporting on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Provide ad-hoc data analysis for the divisions.
  • Conduct training on metrics, reporting and business intelligence tools.
  • Acquires data from primary and secondary data sources, interpreting and analyzing results using statistical techniques.
  • Identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends and patterns in complex data sets.
  • Participates in partnering and problem-solving discussions between key stakeholders.
  • Provides strong project management skills to meet complex business needs with aggressive performance objectives.
  • Responsible for developing manufacturing improvement business cases and profitability modeling.
  • Reinforces and oversees on-the-job training integrity.
  • Develops individualized task analysis and specialized training strategies.
  • Assists in the design and execution of customized training solutions.
  • Identifies top producers and rolls out best practices updates.
  • Reports individual productivity/competency metrics.
  • Collaborates and coaches on Manufacturing Tech individual improvement plans.
  • Coordinates Manufacturing Tech skill certifications
  • Consults on trainer/new hire pairing.
  • Follows up with new hires at critical company acclimation retention points
  • Identifies separation risks and informs mitigation planning
  • Advocates for and reinforces TNA culture change targets
  • Produce reports and make presentations as required by management
  • Ensures all documentation and training records are maintained
  • Research training requests as needed to find source/vendor
  • Tracks inventories of training supplies and orders supplies when needed
  • Collaborates and expands relationships with program subject matter experts and company stakeholders
  • Follows and promotes all TNA policies and procedures

LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead by example in executing all duties and responsibilities. Provide guidance to Workforce Development Specialists integrated into TNA production departments.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

A high school graduate with a college degree is preferred. Strong interpersonal, engagement, communication, organizational, and time-management skills. An EQ assessment score at or exceeding the transformational benchmark. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Dedicated work ethic with a commitment to service excellence. Critical thinker who adapts well to change.
