Assistant Store Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. The Assistant Store Manager will assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, retail management experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional results. Responsibilities: - Assist the Store Manager in managing all aspects of store operations - Supervise and train store staff to ensure excellent customer service - Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets - Handle cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash register transactions - Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment - Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement effective marketing strategies - Provide administrative support, including payroll processing and scheduling - Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner - Maintain a clean and organized store environment Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in cash handling procedures - Knowledge of retail sales principles and practices - Customer service-oriented mindset - Bilingual (preferred but not required) We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
