**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with experience in retail environments. This position offers the opportunity to work in a rewarding retail setting.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers

- Assist customers in finding and selecting products

- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

- Stock shelves and monitor inventory levels

- Promote special sales and events to customers

- Answer customer inquiries in person or over the phone

**Qualifications:**

-After orientation and training, will need to be able to work shifts alone. Must have the ability and confidence to open or close the store independently

- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred

- Proficiency in basic math skills for cash handling

- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems

- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette

- Ability to multitask and demonstrate excellent time management

- Knowledge of toys, collectibles, tabletop/TCG/RPG games is a plus

- Excellent customer service skills
