Position: Store Manager
Reports to: Director of Operations
Location: West Circle Storage, Self Storage of Rochester
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Full-time / Non-exempt
Job Summary
The Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the self-storage facilities. The Manager must be reliable, personable, motivated, and a self-starter. Primary duties are leasing units, retail sales, customer service, handling accounts receivable and vendors, and marketing the facility to the surrounding community. The Store Manager will work alongside the team to maximize income/sales and meet revenue and occupancy goals. The individual will have strong computer skills and the ability to handle customers efficiently. This individual is also accountable to protect, maintain, and enhance the value of their assigned self-storage asset(s) to maximize the owner’s financial return and for the benefit of the tenants. Weekend and after-hours activities may periodically be required.
