Doubletree, Lisle is hiring, and we are looking for talented, dedicated team members to join our Hilton family. Currently, we are hiring room attendants for the 8 am-5 pm shift.
Customer service and hotel experience are a good foundation for this position; however, we are willing to train the right candidate.
Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 Per Hour
POSITION SUMMARY:
Performs routine duties in cleaning and servicing guest rooms and baths under the supervision of the housekeeping supervisor. Room attendant promotes a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, and friendly and should also address guest requests and problems.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enters and prepares the room for cleaning.
- Makes bed.
- Dusts the room and furniture.
- Replenishes guestroom and bath supplies.
- Cleans the bathroom.
- Cleans the closet.
- Vacuums the carpet.
- Checks and secures the rooms.
- Replenish amenities according to operational standards.
- Deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests, e.g., iron and ironing boards
- Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests
- Perform rotation cleaning duties (e.g., clean steam carpets, spring cleaning, super cleaning, etc.) as required
- Cleans guest bathroom/bedroom/floor corridor.
- Responsible for replenishment of complimentary guest water.
- Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of the work area.
- Responsible for the Hotel property in the work area.
17. Authorized to enter guestrooms for cleaning and to provide turndown services per requirement.
18. Responsible for following the standard operating procedures
19. Responsible for achieving and exceeding the guest satisfaction score.

PREREQUISITES:
Physical mobility and stamina required, Ability to follow instructions, Detail-oriented, Professional attitude required, and Ability to work independently.
Experience: Previous hotel-related experience desired.
