Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations and ensuring the efficient functioning of our facilities. This is a key leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge and project management skills

Duties:

- Supervise and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance

- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity

- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and address them proactively

- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or maintenance tasks

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory

- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues as needed

- Utilize Quore to track work orders, prioritize tasks, and monitor progress

- Interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to guide maintenance activities

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among the maintenance team

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or degrees preferred

- Proven experience in maintenance management or a similar supervisory role

- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of high voltage systems

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
