Primary Purpose:

Assists in the design and execution of marketing materials for digital and print advertisement. Responsible for prioritizing tasks to ensure deadlines are met. Maintains brand consistency and contributes fresh ideas to design discussions.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Design print and digital materials for the companies, individual loan officers and their real estate partners.
• Contribute to layout, typography, and photography decisions.
• Collaborate with the team to develop new designs that maintain brand consistency and design standards.
• Work with Strategists and Loan Officers on various projects promoting products and services.
• Work with print vendors.
• Report to Senior Designer to ensure all outgoing graphics and materials adhere to brand standards and compliance regulations.
• Supports the development and maintenance of visual assets, stock imagery, and design templates.
• Obey all applicable federal laws, rules and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).

Minimum Required Skills & Competencies:

• Good Typography, page layout and photo editing skills
• Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat
• Knowledge of print design and production
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Ability to adapt fast to changing priorities and meet deadlines
• Good verbal and written communication skill
• Strong customer service skills
• AAS in Graphic Design or BA in Graphic Design

Desired Skills & Competencies:

• Familiar with multi-media design
• Knowledge of photography and illustration
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of web design standards
• 1 years’ experience in graphic design

Physical Requirements:

• Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally
• Exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and sit most of the time
• Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation
