We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Care Coordinator to join our growing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of scheduling for clients and nurses. From creating personalized schedules to tackling calendar changes, and matching up caregivers with appropriate clients; you will ensure that scheduled shifts are filled. Your duties will include communication with clients and caregivers, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and maintaining quality assurance. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in scheduling and coordination, preferably within a healthcare or home care setting. Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
