Sigma Health Rehab is actively seeking a Full-time Assistant Director of Rehabilitation to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Candidates must be a NYS licensed therapist (OT, PT, or SLP).

Duties of a great ADOR include:

• Assist the director with administration, clinical planning, development & operations of all therapy programs.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each resident.
• Provide motivation, mentorship & instruct therapy staff members in specific PT, OT SLP therapy models.
• Assist therapists as assigned by the director.

Requirements Include:

• The candidate must be a NYS licensed therapist (OT, PT, or SLP)
• Prior therapy experience in Long-Term Care / sub-acute settings.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills required.
• Positive, team-player attitude.
• Working knowledge of CMI, PPS, Medicare, and HMO management & utilization.
