Position Summary

This is a part-time weekend position with the hours being from 4:30 pm to 12am. Maintenance technicians are on their feet, moving throughout their day ensuring smooth operations and upkeep throughout the community. Maintenance technicians may be required to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, pushing, climbing, and stooping; and visually inspect tools and equipment.
