We are hiring an experienced individual to become our Store Manager! The Store Manager is responsible for the management, scheduling and operation of the store, including customer service, controlling costs, compliance with legal regulations and policies. In this role, you will be expected to optimize labor and inventory levels and plan for growth. The ideal candidate for this position is a quick learner who can easily adapt to a fast-paced environment and motivate their team to achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• o Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of Town Center Cold Pressed.
• o Achieve 80% or higher sales goals helping to promote in store campaigns, sales and product initiatives.
• o Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility and sanitation and cleanliness through training of employees.
• o Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times
• o Conduct regular dining room floor check backs o Investigate and resolve escalated customer complaints regarding food quality, wait time, and service.
• o Review Checklists to ensure completion
• o Manages and directs the staff employees and shift leads
• o Review and complete store scheduling by adhering to proposed labor budgets
• o Observe and evaluate staff and work procedures to ensure quality standards and service, and complete disciplinary write-ups.
• o Develop quarterly staff coaching plans
• o Manage all restaurant policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs and followed and completed on a timely basis.
• o Ensure that all food and drinks are consistently prepared and served according to recipes, portioning, and serving standards.
• o Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure efficient service and conformance to standards.
• o Assign duties, responsibilities, and workstations to employees in accordance with work requirements.
• o Analyze and create solutions for operational problems, such as theft and wastage, and establish procedures to alleviate these problems
• o Manage and understand kitchen inventory and prep
• o Initiate weekly team meeting, sales calls, and huddles o Ensure inventory is fully stocked, and FIFO
• o Be knowledgeable of ALL policies regarding personnel.
• o Perform personnel actions, such as hiring and determining factors for terminating staff, providing employee orientation and training, and conducting interviews.
• o Continually strive to develop staff in all areas of managerial and professional development.
• o Recommend measures for improving work procedures and worker performance to increase service quality and enhance job safety.
• o Attend all scheduled employee meetings and offer suggestions for improvement.
• o Act as public relations and coordinator for community events and public brand ambassador

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
