Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our close-knit team at Town Square Family Dentistry. The ideal candidate will share our commitment to delivering high-quality dental care with a personalized touch. Responsibilities include assisting our dentists during procedures, maintaining sterilization protocols, and ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare treatment rooms for dental procedures
• Assist dentists during dental procedures
• Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
• Take and develop dental x-rays
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Schedule appointments and handle administrative tasks as needed
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dental office

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to learn
• Completion of a dental assisting program or relevant work experience
• X-ray certification preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to providing outstanding patient care
