We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Pre-K Teacher to join our team at Town Square Academy. As an Assistant Georgia Pre-K Teacher, you will play a vital role in nurturing young minds and providing them with a solid foundation for their future education. You will create a safe and engaging learning environment where children can explore, discover, and develop essential skills.

What You'll Do:

• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth.- Provide a variety of learning experiences that stimulate children's curiosity and creativity.
• Utilize effective teaching strategies to facilitate language development, early literacy, math concepts, and scientific exploration.
• Collaborate with parents, guardians, and other staff members to support each child's individual needs.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, achievements, and developmental milestones.
• Create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for parents and encourage their involvement in their child's education.
• Stay updated with current educational practices, trends, and legislation pertaining to early childhood education.

What You'll Need:

• To have a CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field 
• 1 year experience working in a GA Pre-K classroom
• Strong knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Organizational skills to plan and manage classroom activities effectively.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with educational trends.
