The Town of Longmeadow, MA is seeking qualified applicants for the FT positions of Building Maintenance Technician. M-F 7 : 00 am to 3 : 00 pm.
Performs semi-skilled interior and exterior building maintenance and repairs such as painting, floor covering, minor plumbing, carpentry, mechanical and other trades work.
Ability to manage multiple projects.
- High School Diploma / GED. Must have and maintain valid driver’s license.
- Salary Range $19.75- $24.24 per hour DOQ / DOE; excellent benefits and county pension system.
