The Town of Holly Springs is seeking a Theater Production Specialist to serve the Parks and Recreation Department.

The Theater Production Specialist will work as a member of the Cultural Center and events teams to provide exceptional technical and audio-visual operations direction and staffing for the execution of concerts, performances, events, and festivals. Responsibilities include light, sound, and on-stage support for numerous productions hosted by the Town and local partners. Knowledge of production skills including writing, linear and non-linear editing, field production, live switching, lighting, audio mixing, computer graphics, camera testing/diagnostic equipment, and automatic playback systems is expected. Candidate is responsible for managing part-time staff and volunteers to support theater operations and outside events. Duties include a variety of administrative and budget responsibilities. This is a 40-hr week position with a flexible schedule to include some evening and weekend work. The starting salary range for this position is $54,260 - $59,686 (grade H).

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Three (3) years’ experience in theater production, audio/visual execution, or related experience.

• Must possess a valid North Carolina Driver’s license.
