TOWN OF GRAND CHUTE is Hiring a Finance Director/Treasurer Near Grand Chute, WI

Position Summary: This position plans, organizes, directs, and oversees all aspects of the Town’s financial accounting, debt management, treasury functions, budget preparation and administration, and payroll, according to applicable laws, rules, and procedures. In addition, this position supervises the Deputy Finance Director and performs the responsibilities of the Office of Treasurer as set forth in Section 60.34 of the Wisconsin Statutes.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; seven (7) or more years’ of progressive experience in accounting and financial work; at least two (2) years of supervisory experience; CPA designation is preferred; and governmental experience is preferred.

Salary: The full salary range is $104,250 - $134,035 with expected hiring range between $104,250 and $119,142 depending on qualifications.

Benefits: Employer contribution of 6.8% into Wisconsin Retirement System, State of WI Health Insurance; Vision Insurance; Accident Insurance; Critical Illness Insurance; 100% employer paid Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, and Disability Insurance Premiums; 80 hours of paid holidays per year; 8 hours of sick leave per month (accumulation to 960 hours) and sick leave incentive; vacation leave; and attractive work hours, plus a welcoming, friendly, respectful work environment!
