Team Gilbert has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to fill the position of Civilian Patrol Technician. With every job we fill, our focus is on providing best in class service to our citizens while offering the opportunity for professional growth in a rewarding and innovative work environment. The Civilian Patrol Technician reports to the Patrol Support Supervisor. The primary function of this position is to respond to calls for police service such as traffic accidents, parking complaints, barking and stray dogs, recover found property, provide motorist assistance and mitigate roadway hazards. This position is responsible for preparing police incident reports related to calls for service. The position is also responsible to identify, secure, preserve and collect basic physical evidence such as fingerprints, DNA and basic crime scene photography.You are someone who effectively exceeds customer needs by building productive relationships, and taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty. You actively participate as a member of a team to move the team toward the completion of goals and produce quality outcomes. You are committed to our safety philosophy, and you take great pride in proactively managing time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently while accomplishing objectives and achieving goals beyond what is required.

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 years of experience in police incident report preparation.
• Ability to work shifts that may include nights and weekends.
• Valid Driver's License with the ability to obtain an Arizona Driver's License by hire date
• Obtain a Terminal Operator Certification within 45 days of hire date
• Top candidates will be skilled problem-solvers with strong verbal and written communication skills. They must maintain a professional demeanor in stressful situations.

This position is an At-Will position and is FLSA Non-Exempt - eligible for overtime compensation.
