Duties:

Come join our dynamic team at the Enfield Child Development Center (ECDC). We are looking for a compassionate, energetic individual to teach in one of our toddler classrooms. We are a NAEYC Accredited Center, open year round from 6:30am-5:30pm.

Duties will include, but not be limited to the following:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities for children in a child care setting
- Provide physical education and engage children in active play and exercise
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Monitor and assess the development and progress of each child
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure the well-being and welfare of the children

Requirements:

-Associates in ECE, Bachelor's degree preferred,

-Previous experience working with children in a child care or educational setting
- Strong knowledge and understanding of child development principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to connect with children
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
- Knowledge of relevant state regulations and licensing requirements (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,610.00 per year
