Under the direction of the Supervisor of Youth and Adult Athletic programs, the Baseball official is responsible for our Adult and Youth leagues. The Baseball Official will be expected to use their knowledge and skills to promote an even playing field, and good competition while also maintaining the safety of all involved.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS• Interact with both Youth and Adults
• Know when/how to deal with each group effectively in order to maintain control of our leagues
• Know the rules of the sport being officiated as well as any additions to them that may be in place as a local league
• May be assigned to officiate with others in the field or on plates, or be assigned as a single official
