About us
Town & Country Ford is not a high pressure sales pitch kind of dealership. We assist customers in their search for the vehicle they want/need, making it the best shopping experience possible. To assist our customers better, we are looking for a few more to add to the team that come with experience. Ford is preferred, but not required. Ford Motor Company offers online training for the products, which you must complete to become a Certified Sales Consultant. These can be performed at home so as not to distract from assisting customers.
This is a commission based position. Your ability to earn rests with your ability to follow-up and work diligently with your customers. When you are good at what you do they tell others and in no time you have a following.
We are fortunate to have the access to sell Tuscany and Roush up fit trucks and Mustangs. This offers to the range of customers we can accommodate. We sell pre-owned vehicles as well of all makes and models.
When you take pride in your appearance and you work had to take care and stay in contact with your customers, you personally have the recipe for success. We would love for you to bring that recipe to Town & Country Ford. There are many long term employees here that will help you as you transition in. Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
