Consumer Loan Specialist

Function and Responsibilities

Building relationships with our members, and offering first-class service is a top priority at Town & Country FCU. The Quality Review Specialist is a valued member of the Consumer Lending team.

The Quality Review Specialist maintains a high level of member and internal staff interaction via phone, email, and video daily to answer questions and solve member issues. This role is responsible for tracking title applications and other liens, handling title issues, completing loan payoffs, discharging deeds and other duties. They will help to limit risk of losses by reviewing and monitoring the quality of the loan process, keeping management informed of potential losses, trends, and compliance problems.

Experience & Education
One to three years of similar or related work experience. High school education or GED. Experience in all aspects of lending including real estate, commercial, and consumer. Capable of operating spreadsheets and word processing programs. Must have good communication skills.

Interpersonal Skills

Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.
