We are looking for a full-time team member with a positive attitude to join our team. This position is full-time and in-person. We are a busy, small office. The perfect candidate is someone with escrow/title experience and great customer service. We are looking for a team member who is detail oriented, dedicated and great with customers, computers and paperwork. This person will be knowledgeable and excited to join our team on a long-term basis.

We are an Escrow and 1031 Exchange service company. We assist clients with various escrow and 1031 exchange transactions. We need a team member who has the ability to communicate with clients, open escrows and exchanges and distribute contracts in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound telephone calls with confidence
• Create all new digital client files
• Greet and assist onsite clients
• Learn and implement our existing systems

Qualifications:

• Previous experience or knowledge in legal, title, escrow or real estate
• Excellent customer service and front office skills
• Ability to prioritize
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• ​Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook and Excel
