Job Summary
Town Center Nissan is looking for an experienced Technician to join our team! As Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing all makes and models of the Nissan/Infiniti product line. The ideal candidate will have a technical background with thorough knowledge of servicing engines, hydraulic brakes, air conditioning systems, and electrical systems.
Compensation & Benefits
Our technicians earn between $75,000 and $180,000 depending on there experience, certifications, and performance. In addition to the competitive pay structure and excellent benefits package including medical, vision, and dental insurance, Technician at Town Center Nissan will also work with our team of highly experienced and successful service advisors. The team is so productive that we consistently rank in the top ten of all Nissan stores in the country with regard to service sales. Work only one Saturday every other month, while enjoying the many benefits of a locally owned and operated dealership.
Responsibilities
- Inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of all Nissan/Infiniti vehicles
- Ensure customer service and satisfaction with all repairs and maintenance
- Diagnose and repair advanced engine, transmission, and body systems
- Comply with all safety standards with shop policies and procedures
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all repairs
- Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of all automotive systems
- Operating electronic diagnostic equipment; and use special tools as needed
- Maintain adequate stock of tools to complete repairs
Requirements
- 5 years of experience working as an automotive Technician
- ASE certification preferred
- Previous dealership experience desirable
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Must read and understand wiring and hydraulic diagrams
- Ability to work with minimal amount of supervision
