Job Overview:

We are seeking skilled and compassionate Nurses to join our Acute Care team. As a Nurse in Acute Care, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with acute illnesses or injuries. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to the well-being and recovery of our patients.

Responsibilities:

- Perform thorough assessments of patients' health status, including vital signs, and document findings accurately

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

- Monitor patients' condition and response to treatments, making necessary adjustments to the care plan

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques

- Ensure infection control protocols are followed to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff

- Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems, such as and ICD-10 coding, for accurate documentation
