Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing the daily operations and management of residential and commercial properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and property efficiency.

Duties:

- Assist in leasing activities including showing units, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements
- Coordinate maintenance requests, inspections, and repairs with vendors and maintenance staff
- Maintain accurate records of property-related transactions and expenses
- Respond to tenant inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in rent collection, financial reporting, and budgeting processes
- Support the Property Manager in ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal housing regulations

-Make bank deposit

-Check guest in the motel and take payments

-Other duties as required

Qualifications:
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
-Valid Drivers license

-Ability to learn quickly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
