A well established body shop in the Bronx is looking for a Spanish speaking, detail oriented, organized and reliable admin to join our body shop office team. Must have computer skills and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Creating work orders
• Scheduling service appointments
• Dispatching tows
• Applying credit to the driver accounts
• Processing vendors' invoices
• Training will be done on site

Requirements:

• Organized and detail oriented individual
• Strong computer skills
• Bilingual Spanish/English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
