We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for inputting and updating data into our database accurately and efficiently. This is a limited term position.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update data into our database accurately and efficiently
• Verify the accuracy of data before inputting
• Sort and organize paperwork for data entry
• Communicate with team members regarding any discrepancies or issues with data
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed

• Demonstrated computer proficiency in academic computing
• Demonstrated interpersonal, written and oral communication
