Job Description:

We're seeking a dynamic F&I Specialist/Sale Crew (Dual Roll) who will play a pivotal role in our dealership's success. This position combines the responsibilities of securing financing for customers while maximizing F&I profit per vehicle retailed (PVR) with actively engaging in sales activities. If you're a skilled negotiator, a problem solver, and possess exceptional communication skills, we want you to join our team.

Essential Functions:

· Collaborate with local banks, credit unions, and national banks to identify the best financing options tailored to each customer's needs.

· Secure financing for customers through various systems and information channels.

· Develop and nurture positive relationships with local banks, credit unions, and other key vendors.

· Present and explain aftermarket products and warranty packages to customers, enhancing their vehicle purchase experience.

· Stay abreast of federal and state regulations relevant to financing and insurance practices.

· Monitor and track F&I PVR, product penetration, and lender penetrations to identify areas for improvement.

· Demonstrate excellent communication skills with staff, customers, co-workers, and senior management.

· Act as a problem solver, collaborating with the sales manager and customers to explore alternative funding options when necessary.

Additional Responsibilities:

· Assist the sales desk in structuring deals to optimize financing options for customers.

· Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures.

What You Can Bring to the Table:

· 3-5 years of working knowledge in Finance and Insurance products.

· Menu selling experience is required.

· Business management experience in the automobile industry is a plus.

· Effective oral and written skills, time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.

· Strong closing skills are necessary.

· Strong organizational skills; ability to train finance and sales personnel.

· Valid driver's license.

RV/Vehicle Sale Requirements:

· Previous sales and customer service experience is required.

· Motivated team players; this is needed to sell our inventory of motorhomes.

· Training will be provided.

· Must be eligible to receive a vehicle sales license.

· Weekend work is mandatory. Valid driver's license & good DMV record required.
