Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Psychotherapist to join our team. As a Psychotherapist, you will work with individuals, couples, and families to provide therapeutic interventions and support. Your role will involve utilizing various therapeutic techniques and modalities to help clients address their mental health concerns and improve their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address clients' mental health concerns
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with professional standards and legal requirements
- Stay informed about current research, best practices, and developments in the field of psychotherapy
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills

Skills:
- Proficiency in ICD-10 coding for accurate diagnosis and billing purposes
- Strong clinical counseling skills to effectively assess and treat clients' mental health conditions
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to mental health diagnoses and treatment
- Competence in case management to coordinate care across multiple providers and services
- Experience facilitating group therapy sessions for enhanced peer support and learning
- Ability to provide direct support to individuals with diverse backgrounds, needs, and diagnoses

Qualifications:

-Masters Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field

-Active LCSW or LMHC in the State of Indiana

-5 years of experience in social work, counseling, or a related field preferred
